Networking in progress – future dates coming up!

We had our inaugural Perthshire Creates Perth Network Meeting at the AK Bell Library last night and it was a lovely opportunity to meet others working in the creative sector and thanks to those that came along.
We heard from 6 local creatives all working in different genres which made for a really interesting exchange of information, it was great to hear about other activities and the diverse work that people are involved in and thanks to our speakers last night for taking part, their details with links to their websites/facebook pages are detailed below.

Aberfeldy Network Meeting – Tuesday 17th November 2015 – The Birks Cinema
Karin Webb – a jewellery designer who both makes and teaches classes for all levels of experience at her studio near Auchterarder
Sara Ann Kelly – Projects Co-ordinator for the Cultural Projects Implementation Team at Perth Museum and Art Gallery
Hazel Cameron – An author of poetry and her recently published memoir ‘Just Go In’, Hazel was also the writer in residence for The Royal Scottish Geographical Society in 2014
Jenna McDonald – Co-owner of Tangled Up In Blue, a contemporary craft boutique and design studio in Crieff, Jenna also designs her own jewellery collection
Aileen Ogilvie – Gaelic Development Officer for Perth & Kinross Council
Rosemary Stanford – Local actress and singer who teaches at Inspire Studios in Perth, gigs with two bands across Scotland and a member of a new comedy improv group called The Funny Bone Bandits
